SHIPPING

Default postage for Australian customers is with our current national courier; Customers wanting to upgrade their shipping service must add their preferred shipping service upgrade to their online shopping cart. Total cost of shipping will be added on invoicing. Liberty Distributors will not be held liable for any loss/damages caused by any shipping method undertaken.

LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS will not be held responsible, in any way, for delays by customs or product seizures by customs. International customers should check their own countries customs requirements before ordering.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment , unless the purchasers is a current approved credit customer. Default shippping selection for Australian Customers is currently Hunter Express and can be changed to an alternative without notice.

Please advise a LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS representative if you wish to change you shipping method or simply select delivery services in our online store, wholesale order form .

For Items lost in transit a replacement will be sent and the matter will be investigated. For orders shipped via Australian Standard Post, no signature will be required and it is the buyers responsibility to be home to accept the package, when the package reaches the buyers designated address and LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS receive confirmation that the package has been "Delivered" LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS will not be held liable for any loss/damages to any item/items.

For Orders shipped via Express Post, A signature will be required on delivery. If the buyer is not at the designated address when Australia Post attempts delivery, Items will be taken to a nearby Post Office and it is the Buyers responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated location within 5 business days. Orders that are returned to LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS will not be re-shipped until full payment for the second lot of postage has been received.

For orders shipped via Courier, a signature will be required on delivery. If the buyer is not at the designated address when your chosen service attempts delivery, Items will be taken to your local branch and it is the Buyers responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated location within 5 business days. Orders that are returned to LIBERTY DISTRIBUTORS will not be re-shipped until full payment for the second lot of postage has been received.
